Host / Server (AM)

Line Cook

Executive Sous Chef

You’re in this for the love of food. Skilled in food handling, you’re ready to expand what you know about operations. You work well as a team member in a large kitchen. You also have a keen sense of budget and know what it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience without compromise, helping meet financial goals. Lead Bartender

Inspire and delight your guests at Rouse, the destination restaurant & bar, opening in The Chifley hotel in late 2022. We are looking for an experienced cocktail creator to brilliantly infuse (see what we did there?) their wisdom into our guest-centric F&B experience. As Lead Mixologist, your flair for beverages will lead your Bar team to delight, engage, and wow each person that they mix a drink for. Through your effective leadership and innovation, you will create drinks and menus that place Rouse on the map. The ideal candidate will create a vibrant bar scene which includes, impeccable service to our guests, will maintain creative cocktail, wine and beer lists and will take ownership of the bar and cocktail service areas. Through leadership and innovation, you will create and execute seasonal cocktail menus for our brand-new Rouse while helping train a team to provide exceptional guest experiences. Loss Prevention Officer (part-time)

You’ve always been hyper alert to your surroundings, with an uncanny sense when things aren’t right. This sharp awareness enables you to prevent loss, and sound experience enables you to act with swift confidence, when trouble surfaces. Your manner is composed and professional, whether reporting minor incidents or responding to serious emergencies.
